Initial Convo

In the first meeting, our consultants get to know your needs and desires. Simply put, we look for the budget, the project and the timeline. From there we gather our notes and come back with a summary of deliverables and timelines. 


For this example, ABC Inc. has told us they are looking to enter two markets out of a total of five markets identified as prospects.

The Roadmap

The next step is creating our list of deliverables based on the initial conversation. This will be a detailed timeline that shows the deliverables, the assigned consultants for each, and the timelines associated with each. 


In this case, some deliverables would iinclude: market assessments, historical trend analysis, future trend analysis and market decision. 

Meet often, Collaborate often

Once the deliverables are set and the timelines are agreed upon, we set recurring touchpoints where we can see how things are progressing. Our belief is that constant communication and collaboration is essential to our joint success.

Presentation & Reports

Once all deliverables are met to your satisfaction, we create final documents in the form of PPTs and PDFs. We then book an in person or virtual session to present our findings in a meaningful way and to showcase our reccomendation (s).
